I started writing late in life, around the late 2000s, mostly in Spanish, Puerto Rican Spanish, and Spanglish. Poetry, reviews, essays; online zines, academic spaces, and personal blogs. The topics that I gravitate to are: Puerto Rico, Science, Education --Bio teacher since 2006--, Science Fiction, and Death.
